Philadelphia City Council awards PCCS with a Citation recognizing Philadelphia Charter Schools

Philadelphia City Council awarded the Pennsylvania Coalition of Charter Schools a Citation recognizing Philadelphia charter schools during National Charter School Week. Philadelphia is home to 54 of Pennsylvania's 117 charter schools.
