Position Status: Full-Time
Salary or Rate: 45,000
Job Description:
The selected candidate will have experience working in a K-12 environment, higher education or business development. This position is home based with weekly travel requirements throughout Central Pennsylvania.
* Travel through central Pennsylvania to recruit students (Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, State College, etc.)
* Develop, coordinate, set up and conduct parent/student information sessions
* Develop enrollment prospect leads for assigned geographic territory and other recruitment initiatives as assigned (Central PA Territory)
* Follow up with leads
* Convert prospects from inquiry to enrolled
* Review specific student enrollment materials (valid documents required for enrollment)
* Process face to face enrollments
* Meet monthly enrollment targets
* Responsible for set up and representation of PAVCS at fairs and other recruiting events
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in a related field and 3+ years exp. in enrollment, admissions and/or recruitment or direct marketing
* Education experience a plus
* Customer Service/Sales experience a plus
* Ability to work independently to meet monthly enrollment goals
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize during school launch periods
* Strong public presentation skills
* Excellent technological skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Some weekend and evening hours
* Must have valid PA Drivers license as travel is required
